This program is designed to address the issue of inappropriate and unlawful responses to anger.  The goal is to provide participants with healthy, non-violent alternatives in dealing with and expressing negative feelings.  The program will address the origins and triggers of anger, the physical and mental changes that accompany anger, learning styles, basic human needs and provide a safe, non-judgmental environment in which participants can explore their thoughts and feelings.
