We can help you get your drivers license back!
Traffic Safety Association performs Driver License Appeal & Substance Abuse (Alcohol & Drug) Assessments at our Fraser location, which are performed by our extremely knowledgeable & experienced licensed Master Counselor staff. Additionally, we are licensed by the State of Michigan (License #SA0500001). Assessments are performed Monday thru Saturday, with flexible times available to fit your schedule.

The following items are required for the appeals process, so you may want to start gathering them now & bring them to your assessment appointment with you:
Master Driver Record from the Secretary of State. This costs $15-$20 and has to be obtained from the SOS, not a third-party site.
Letters from Sponsors or Counselors
Any support group attendance logs (AA, NA, 12 step programs, etc)
Any Discharge documentation from Probation or Court
If you have been submitting to alcohol/drug testing of any kind (Ignition Interlock for example), copies of the results
Dates, times & location of any inpatient/outpatient treatment you have attended.
Your Assessment Evaluation will require up to two hours of time, in which you will be asked to disclose your complete history of alcohol and/or drug use. You will be administered various screening tools & questionaires regarding your situation and lifetime alcohol or drug use.
