Traffic Safety Association performs DLAD (Driver License Appeal) AND Substance Abuse Assessments at our Fraser location. These are performed by our extremely knowledgeable & experienced licensed Master Counselor staff, and we are licensed by the State of Michigan (License #SA0500001).
